An anxious and over-protective clownfish lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves.

Please mark your calendars and reserve tickets for NCS's spring concert entitled “Resilience and Hope.” The concerts will celebrate the valor and strength of the human spirit—resilience and courage in facing the challenges of war, discrimination, pandemics, climate and environmental threats—and the redeeming power of hope as we face these challenges together.

Selections include compositions by female composers such as French prodigy Lili Boulanger, contemporary African-American composer Rosephanye Powell, Hye-Young Cho, composer-in-residence for the National Chorus of Korea, and the north shore’s own Mary Montgomery Koppel. The chorus will also perform Duruflé’s ethereal Requiem.
